Three floors filled with art: ceramics, visual art and watercolours.

During the library’s opening hours, you can view the colourful, abstract paintings by the artist Joke Van der Straeten.

Thanks to his family, Micha Reyniers was surrounded by art from an early age. This early exposure fuelled his own passion for art, and over the years he developed his own style. In his work, he emphasises geometric shapes and patterns.

'Raoul Servais: Not to War' is a powerful plea against war and indifference. In a world where conflict and polarisation are on the rise once again, Servais’s message rings out more urgently than ever.

Being creative has always been an essential part of An — a hunger she must satisfy, the need to be able to do her own thing. Her work springs from feeling: every brushstroke is a translation of her inner experience. She draws inspiration from her emotions, from which powerful and honest paintings emerge.

"Creative hobbies are my thing. And I have plenty of them", writes Gwen Decoster. Her interests include macramé, scrapbooking, clay modelling, and drawing and painting.
