On Saturday 4 April 2026, Blankenberge will wake up to a new identity. Klankenberge will be a vibrant one-day festival where music and street theatre come together and spring is celebrated to the full.
This festival is an invitation to come together: residents, second home owners and tourists, young and old, curious or just passing by. A day when the city buzzes with liveliness and encounters, where you linger for a while, are surprised, sway to the music and let yourself be carried away by unexpected acts in the streets.
The festival is accessible but high-quality, playful and connecting, for all ages and walks of life. From intimate musical moments to exuberant street theatre acts: around every corner there is something that opens your eyes and brings a smile to your face.
