During the summer holidays, children can enjoy a fun-filled children’s show at Floreal Blankenberge every Friday evening, from 10 July to 21 August. Be entertained by the funny adventures of Clown Rocky, experience exciting and interactive moments with Jens the Sailor, and enjoy the zany antics of Clown Flipo.

Bring the whole family along to enjoy a fun day at the beach. First, De KetnetBand will set the event beach alight. Then K3 will really get the party started. And that’s not all. To round off the day, DJ Ketnet will even get parents and grandparents dancing and singing along.

Live broadcast from Radio LRL, followed by an after-party with DJ Tano and performances by TB Jaimie, Maxime and Dennis Dee.

On our national holiday, Blankenberge treats all visitors to a magnificent fireworks display, synchronised to music.

The Beach Run in Blankenberge will take place on Saturday 1 August. Participants will run through the dune paths, on the beach and along the De Fonteintjes nature reserve.

On Sunday 30 August 2026, thousands of dahlias will brighten up Blankenberge, as the flower parade with floats and dance groups winds its way through the streets of the town centre.

On Sunday 13 September, the Eneco Clean Beach Cup will transform the Belgian coast for the 17th time into the country’s biggest and friendliest beach clean-up. Join thousands of other volunteers in rolling up your sleeves to work together to make the beach completely litter-free.

A violent storm suddenly broke out last night. A huge wave washed a great many fish and marine creatures ashore! Fortunately, we can still save many of them. Pick up your form at the Tourist Information Point and have a good look at the map to find out where the binoculars are. Look through the binoculars and scan the area: which sea creature can you rescue?

Travel back in time with Playmobil. What did Blankenberge look like around 1900? Find out in the temporary exhibition 'Belle Époque in Playmobil' at the Belle Epoque Centre.

During the autumn holidays Blankenberge is again immersed in a spooky atmosphere full of witches, ghosts and vampires. Throughout the holidays, young and old can enjoy all kinds of Halloween activities.

Join us on and off the stage, put your own spin on music and make up new words. Dance without set steps, play with your shadow and build a world turned upside down. Here, your imagination has all the space it needs to experiment freely.

Experience the winter months like never before during 'Winter Fun' from 27 November 2026 to 3 January 2027. Expect an indoor skating rink, a cosy winter bar, an atmospheric Christmas market with mini-chalets, a Glühwein tower and a magical LED ball on Koning Leopold III square.

Head out and explore the Beaufort Sculpture Park with the children. The trail invites you to plan your own route and to engage with the artworks in a playful way along the way. Each artwork comes with activities designed to encourage you to look more closely, think and, above all, get involved.
