Come and enjoy a cosy Christmas market with various stalls and delicacies!

The annual winter exhibition of the Blankenbergs Art Collective will take place this year from 5 December to 14 December 2025.

Pause for a moment. Meet. Stay a while. Connect. That is exactly what 'Perron B' stands for – a winter festival that brings warmth and togetherness to the heart of Blankenberge. From 18 to 21 December 2025, 'Perron B' will be a place where people come together, where the hustle and bustle gives way to conviviality, and where connection and relaxation arise naturally.

Three experiential concerts in the dark. Between 8 p.m. and 10.30 p.m., three artists will perform their own intimate and subtle programmes in the atmospherically lit St Antonius Church.

The programme consists of classic sing-alongs (from our summer repertoire) complemented by Christmas songs. So it is a combination of happy sing-alongs and Christmas songs.

Warm, danceable folk music drifts out of the remote Cardboard Cabin. Intimate moments alternate with powerful folk, with a repertoire of original songs, classic ballads and a willingness to experiment. A sanctuary for anyone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle of the busy world.

In the side room of De Karmijn, you will find four carts full of materials to discover, create and build with. Step inside, use your imagination and help bring towers, streets and an entire city to life. Together, we will build the city of the future!

Folletta and Mario have travelled all the way from the Dolomites with their fairground attractions! Try 10 fairground classics, including a snowball stall, bumper cars heading for Lapland, a toboggan run and bulletproof shooting at icicles. Exciting challenges and fantastic prizes guaranteed!

Oh dear, something has gone wrong! Pierke's old storybook is covered in chocolate milk. Someone in the family did it, but no one wants to admit it. Pick up your search form at the Tourist Information Point (Hoogstraat 2). Pierke's family photo is on the back of the form. Use the map to find keyholes. Go on a search and peek through the keyholes. Do you see a character? Then cross him or her off the photo, because the real culprit didn't dare show themselves anymore.

In Blankenberge, a mysterious witch is preparing to brew her great magic soup. A soup so powerful that she can use it to bring ghosts to life. But... Immerse yourself in the sparkling world of 'Sparkly Talks' – a fire show where sparks literally fly! The story follows two radiant fire artists who form a dynamic duo. As they get to know each other better, they discover both their similarities and differences, and find a way to grow together and shine even brighter.

On 21 December, we will take you on a unique Urban Walk in Blankenberge! A route of approximately 10 km will lead you past and through remarkable buildings, allowing you to discover hidden gems.

The Belgian Multidisciplinary Billiards Championship kicks off on Sunday 11 January. For a whole week, the casino building will be the battleground where the best candidates will compete against each other.

During the winter months, the Uitkerkse Polder is bursting at the seams with bird life. Many thousands of geese, who spent the summer breeding season in the far arctic north, come in winter to feast on the nutritious grass they find in the vast meadows. You will find imposing flocks of kola geese, barnacle geese and pink-footed geese all over the wide area. For the latter, the Belgian coastal polders are one of the most important wintering areas in the world.
