During this edition, you will run past iconic locations such as the belle époque district, the seafront, the pier, the marina, the dunes and, for the 10-mile runners, even through the beautiful Uitkerkse Polder. A course full of atmosphere, nature and character. In addition to the running course, there will also be entertainment, a bouncy castle for the little ones, hamburgers, sausages and sweet treats.

The Belgian Championship for jet skis and motorboats will take place again this year in the heart of Blankenberge. The boats will depart from the harbour and head for the North Sea for a spectacular race between the eastern jetty and the famous Pier.

The Beach Run in Blankenberge will take place on Saturday 1 August. Participants will run through the dune paths, on the beach and along the De Fonteintjes nature reserve.

A summer full of sports, games and fun at the coast with the whole family? That's The Sports Summer! On Thursday 13 August, you can find us on the Zeedijk, on the beach and in the sea at Blankenberge. Together with a host of sports federations, we will be offering a wide range of well-known and lesser-known sports.

On Thursday 20 August, the Renewi Tour will be visiting Blankenberge. The team presentation will take place at 12 noon, and the official start of the stage in Blankenberge will be at 1.15 p.m., starting at the Zeedijk near the lighthouse.
