A tribute to Marvin Gaye | Sandrine, Sofie, Mo Harcum & Stef Gustaph [CANCELLED]

With regret in our hearts, we must announce, together with the artists of 'A Tribute to Marvin Gaye', that this show has been cancelled. Gustaph is Belgium's entry for the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest. As a result, other priorities and contractual obligations take over for a while.

Ticket buyers will soon be personally informed of any alternative production or refund. Do you have any questions in the meantime? Then you can reach us at cultuur@blankenberge.be or T 050 636 600.

In 1981, soul legend Marvin Gaye arrived in Ostend. He imposes an exile on himself to escape a downward spiral in his life. Marvin finally found peace on the Belgian coast. He writes his biggest hit 'Sexual Healing', which causes a renaissance in his career. Not much later, he released 'Midnight Love', his last and most successful studio album.

On the occasion of the record's fortieth anniversary, Sandrine, Sofie, Mo Harcum and Stef Gustaph revisit Marvin Gaye's entire oeuvre, with special attention for the 'Midnight Love' period.
