To Blankenberge

Car

Follow the E40 motorway in the direction of Ostend and take exit 8 (Bruges/Zeebrugge). Follow the N31 (direction Blankenberge) and then the N371 to Blankenberge. 

Train

The brand-new station is located right in the heart of the town, within walking distance of the beach, the shopping precincts and the marina. Bruges, Ghent, Brussels and Genk are directly connected. Antwerp is also within easy reach.

Tram

The coastal tram operated by De Lijn runs from Knokke-Heist to De Panne and stops at all the seaside towns. There are five stops in Blankenberge: Markt, Station, Pier, Sea Life/Floreal and Duinse Polders. The stop at the station is connected to various bus routes operated by De Lijn.

There is a tram running every 10 minutes during the summer season. This changes to every 20 minutes in winter.

Bus

A scheduled bus service to Bruges (route 40) departs from the stop at the station. The central bus (route 38) will take you to parts of the town located further afield. The call-up bus service (route 36) crosses the entire call-up bus service area of Zuienkerke-Blankenberge.
