Spring is in the air, and that means celebration! But... something strange is going on in Blankenberge. Every year the animals organise a secret spring festival on the beach, but this time they are nowhere to be found. Where have they gone? Help solve the mystery during a fun and playful quest through Blankenberge!

'De Fonteintjes' are best known for their plant diversity. Five species of wild orchids, including reed orchid, bee orchid and marsh helleborine, flourish there. Other gems like adder's tongue, limpet and the extremely rare plantain pondweed also thrive there. May and June are the months par excellence to admire the plants.

Blankenberge-based Ann Van Belle studied art history and fine arts and is a much sought-after tattoo artist and portrait artist. She creates unique paintings using a variety of techniques. Discover some of her most beautiful and striking works in our Large Salon.

The temporary exhibition ‘belle époque through the lens’ puts photography in the spotlight. Photography is available to everyone today.
